For those who wish to experience wine at its origin, our Vineyard Walk & Tasting offers a sensory journey through the estate’s most iconic vineyard blocks. Guided by one of our wine ambassadors, guests will explore the terroir on foot, learn about our sustainable farming philosophy, and enjoy curated tastings right where the grapes are grown.

Estate Sauvignon Blanc (tasted at Block 12, near the dam)
Reserve Syrah (Block 5 hillside)
Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Block 9 – Old Vines)
Begin your experience with a guided tasting of four estate wines, hand-selected by our winemaker to reflect the diversity, character, and craftsmanship of Stellenbosch Vineyard. Learn about vintage variations, blending decisions, and the philosophy behind each wine – all within the serene setting of our private tasting lounge or garden terrace.
Following the tasting, guests are invited to enjoy a seasonal two-course lunch at The Manor Restaurant, expertly paired with a glass of your favourite wine from the flight.

Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has consistently received 90+ ratings from Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Tim Atkin MW, while our Reserve Syrah was awarded Best South African Red Wine at the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC).
