Each benefit is crafted to connect you more deeply with the land, the legacy, and the craftsmanship behind every bottle.
Our cuisine begins where the vineyard ends — rooted in the soil, inspired by the seasons, and guided by simplicity.
Our Executive Chef believes in honest, ingredient-driven cooking that respects tradition while embracing creativity. Each dish is designed to complement our wines, telling the story of our terroir through flavour, texture, and balance.
With a strong focus on local produce, sustainable sourcing, and timeless techniques, the kitchen celebrates both the richness of South African culinary heritage and the elegance of modern fine dining.
It’s not just about what’s on the plate, but about the journey from soil to table — and the memories created along the way.

At Stellenbosch Vineyard, our philosophy is simple: exceptional dishes begin with exceptional ingredients. We source the majority of our produce from local farms within a 50-kilometre radius, ensuring peak-season freshness and supporting our regional farming community. Herbs, heirloom vegetables, and microgreens are harvested daily from our own kitchen garden, just steps from the estate kitchen.
Our meat and seafood are ethically sourced, traceable, and always of the highest quality — chosen with the same care we apply to our winemaking.
From the farm to your table — every plate tells a story of origin, sustainability, and seasonality.
